  • Abstract
    The computer based complex is capable of measuring quality factors and the quantity of electric energy at power converters and industrial mains. Measurements are done in correspondence with international and special Russian standards. A wavelet packet based algorithm for power quality factors measurement and active filtering is proposed. The interface part on basis of DSP processor for deriving and preliminary handling measured signals directly accepts current and voltages from transducers. All data are transferred to the PC via a standard serial interface.
