Abstract :
Computer model structure for monitoring of emissions of polluting substances in atmospheric air is developed. The basic goals and targets of calculated monitoring system are determined. The databank of the program complex allows to accumulate the information on economic activities in dynamics and enables to calculate pollution at various meteorological parameters. Novelty of the project is not only the opportunity to control changes for characteristics of sources of emission, but also modeling of ones for raw material used in technology.
