Abstract
In the paper the investigation results of plasmochemical process of carbon tetrachloride destruction initiated by high-current pulsed electron beam is presented. The results of power consumptions measurements are given. It is shown that when the reagent gas-phase mixture of carbon tetrachloride, oxygen and hydrogen is initiated by the beam electrons the chain plasmochemical process of nanodispersed carbon powder synthesis is realized. The distribution of nanodispersed carbon powder according to the sizes is shown.
