Abstract :
Results of the theoretical research to perfect methods of strength and crack durability of the operated building´s ferro-concrete structures and construction estimation under static and short-term dynamic loadings of emergency nature are considered. The calculation methods of ferro-concrete structures in complex intense conditions take into account basic physical laws of dynamic deformation of ferro-concrete at all stages of structure work. The common conditions of ferro-concrete element´s relative strength and crack durability are formulated.
