Abstract :
In this paper we present a systematic method to scale the integrators output swings of ΣΔ modulator. It is shown that this scaling method preserves both the noise transfer function and the signal transfer function of the modulator. Examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method to alleviate circuit non-idealities.
