Abstract :
Appearance, successful development and wide application of EHF-therapy in Russian medicine are caused by achievements in microwave electronics, biophysical experiments, clinical approbation and medical practice. In particular, these achievements have been considered in chronological order with references to scientific publications in the first part of the present paper. The second part describes recent achievements in explanation of biophysical mechanisms of low-intensive mm-waves influence on biological objects.
