Abstract :
This report is dedicated to study of the possibility of designing a new type of electronic device - girotona on the goffered open resonator, in which the three-dimensional bunching of electron beam does not occur; however, reaching the high efficiency of the conversion of the power of electrons beam into the power of the electromagnetic revolving wave is possible. Rectilinear at entrance the electrons beam due to its initial deviation from the axis by retarded E11 wave then returns its longitudinal energy to the same wave with the efficiency 74%.
