Methods for technical and economic improvement of the third generation radio systems
Abstract :
This paper discusses the technical and economic aspects of introduction and usage of radio communication systems of the third generation for operators of telecommunicational services. Also, the variants of optimization of the tasks of rendering services with the regard of automatic adaptation of radio systems of the third generation in the frameworks of implementation of the contract about the SLA are marked.
