  • Abstract
    Computer test construction is the basis of computer-based testing. To solve constraint optimization problems on the research of modern test theory and computer-based testing, a novel genetic algorithm to generating test paper, adopting a new decimal system of subsection code, is proposed in this paper. The algorithm provides a set of schemes of making papers of different degree of difficulties display in normal distribution. The result indicates that the algorithm has good performance and practicability.
