  • Abstract
Four methods are presented for the analysis of message emergence in a lifecycle support system. Emergence, evaluation and polish methods are proposed as new procedures, and universalization is revisited as a means of deriving knowledge and improved refinement from past messages. The scheme provides features that are applicable in support systems for manufacturing and social processes.
