Abstract :
Properties of terahertz (THz) spectroscopy system with 1.5 μm compact fiber laser have been investigated to build the THz compact system. Maximum frequency components of THz radiated field from the emitter as InAs and InSb were achieved to be 4 THz. We also have successfully built the THz compact system with the bandwidth of 4 THz.
