Abstract :
First-order quasi-phase-matched, THz-wave generation and detection were achieved by using coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering of periodically poled LiNbO3 crystals. Wide-frequency tuning (1.8-5.6 THz) was obtained with corresponding domain periods of 75-10 μm.
