Abstract :
The paper is a powerpoint presentation on the water industry skills gap. A background of the skills of the UK workforce in general and of the energy and utility sectors in particular are outlined. The labour market of the UK water industry is described. The replacement demand and skills strategy are discussed. The collaboration of the sector with the government to overcome difficult skills is presented.
