Abstract
Simple structure, high torque and low cost new hybrid type stepping motor (new HB-STM is used hereafter) is proposed and its torque performance is clarified theoretically. Also, this new motor is compared with conventional hybrid type stepping motor, and discussed the advantage and disadvantage in this paper.
