Abstract :
The inverter-fed high-speed actuating motor has been widely investigated since it has the good applied prospects. However due to the high rotor speed and the inverter-fed supplies, the design of an inverter-fed high-speed actuating motor is quite different from designing a conventional machine. As an example, the lower harmonic winding design method for weakening the high harmonics is presented in this paper based on the characteristic of the inverter-fed high-speed actuating motor, the motor design principles and motor manufacture technology. The experimental results show that the performances of the sample motor are superior to the similar motor making by the overseas manufacturer, and the winding design method is proved satisfying
