Abstract
In this paper, we evaluate the correlation coefficient between two multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) channel capacities when these channels have temporal correlations. We find the exact value of the correlation coefficient for low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and its upper/lower bounds and approximation for high SNR. The obtained results have important applications such as calculating the level crossing rate
