Abstract :
Channel extraction, clearing, and insertion have been obtained exploiting 1-meter-long bismuth oxide-based optical fiber with a nonlinear coefficient of 1250W1km-1. Penalties lower than 1.5dB in a 4×10Gbps OTDM system have been measured for all operations.
