Abstract :
We demonstrate a fast (<1 millisecond), all solid-state, highly repeatable (variation <0.7° polarization state generator and analyzer using magneto-optic polarization switches and demonstrate OSNR performance monitoring in a 14×40-Gb/s WDM system.
