Abstract :
This paper discusses operating procedures and programming for the automation of design and manufacturing of formed sheet metal parts. It´s primary purpose is to examine the design procedure, programming and N/C data preparation used on an existing 3-D graphics system. The process relies on the accuracy, reliability, and speed of CAD/CAM.
