  • Abstract
    The main effort of the silicon vertex tracker upgrade is the production of a new associative memory (AM), ~40 times larger than the existing one. The associative memory is the SVT part dedicated to the pattern recognition specific task. We have designed a new associative memory board (AM++) to handle 128 standard cell associative memory chips. We describe the design, the tests and the performances of the new AM++ for CDF
