Abstract :
Novel post-fabrication refractive index trimming techniques for polymer device using E-beam exposure and γ-ray radiation are reported. Large refractive index increment can be obtained. They can be used for trimming the central wavelength of all-polymer athermal AWGs to the standard ITU frequency grid.
