Abstract :
A Ge-B-SiO2waveguide with UV-induced Bragg grating is fabricated. A temperature dependence of the Bragg wavelength as low as 4pm/°C, which is 1/3 of a conventional device, is achieved by using multi-component crystallized glass substrate.
