  • Abstract
    We demonstrate an all-optical pulse reshaping and retiming operation using intersubband absorption in InGaAs/AlAs/AlAsSb coupled quantum wells. The pulse width reduction from 1ps to 300fs and the precise timing synchronization with a control pulse was achieved.
