Abstract
We fabricated a low chromatic dispersion bandpass filter for 50-GHz channel spacing using optical monitoring system to control optical thickness with a novel method for predicting the end point. The chromatic dispersion of the filter is within +/-75 ps/nm (transmission) and +/-65 ps/nm (reflection) in +/-0.07 nm passband
