Abstract
In this paper, we propose a solution for an affordable parallel error rate measurement system based on simple digital hardware interface, and software bringing competitive advantages towards traditional instruments solutions in terms of robustness to both glitch and duty cycle variations. Another advantage of the architecture is the flexibility to measure independent channels communicating at different data rates. Measurement speed optimization is also explained
