Abstract
The problem of the electromagnetic scattering from a fractional Brownian motion (fBm) rough sea surface at low grazing angle (LGA) condition is discussed. The modified effect by high-order small perturbation method based on the fBm model is demonstrated at LGA. It is shown that the scattering results are reasonable agreement with a set of measured data at different incidence angle. Numerical results are finally used to investigate the behavior of the electromagnetic scattering with different fractal dimension at LGA. Lastly the polarized exponent of co-polarized scattering is analyzed with different power of cotangent function.
