Abstract :
This paper introduces a method on fully polarimetric end-to-end calibration for microwave radiometer designed by NMRSL. The theoretical background for the calibration method and the mathematics necessary to determine the Stokes vectors priorly are provided. The design considerations of the fully polarimetric calibration standard are presented.
