Abstract :
This paper puts forwards an amendatory means of HPA memory effects in future mobile communication system with memory compensator and optimize circuit. Taking CDMA2000 HPA for example, observe the memory effects of HPA, than improve the performance such as spectrum re-growth with simulation experiment. The result indicates that this means can weaken the HPAs´ memory effects caused by electricity and thermal.
