  • Abstract
    The multi-dimensional AWE (MD-AWE) method in size domain is delivered in this paper, which can resolve the parameter extraction of the microwave structures with variable sizes efficiently. The MD-AWE method is proposed as an extension of the 1D-AWE. To demonstrate its application, an example of the parameter extraction of the microwave structures with variable sizes is given to verify the effectiveness of this method.
