Abstract :
An earlier design procedure, valid for a linear array of slots is extended to apply to a planar array of slots. This abandons the design of isolated slots and arrives at a surprisingly simpler, faster and accurate technique to determine the slot parameters. This generalized procedure includes an important feature of effects of external mutual coupling and its correction.
