Abstract :
A full-wave equivalent circuit model of coplanar waveguide (CPW) interdigital capacitor (IDC) is studied in detail. By using the proposed circuit model of the interdigital capacitor, a two-pole slow-wave line (SW) bandpass filter (BPF) is designed. The effectiveness of the proposed model is approved by a comparison of simulated results and measured characteristics of the filter.
