Abstract :
The chaotic phenomenon in an MESFET oscillator is clarified in this paper. By theoretical analysis, the dominant parameters affecting accuracy and stability are identified. The experimental results of the chaotic phenomenon are in agreement with simulated predictions. With this novel analysis, the performance of an RF receiver can be improved
