Abstract
A knowledge worker (KW) is anyone who has a special skill. It is a waste of resource for the KW to spend time doing errands or things that does not require expertise, such as look up the Web for something or run some simple process. A knowledge worker assisting agent or a KW agent can help a KW do such errands. A KW agent usually contains algorithms or logic to process pre-determined, commonly used or commercially available programs. Down the line, KW agents can be extended to assist any human user that is not necessarily a knowledge worker
