Summary form only given. Controlled experiments, with larger sensor networks configurations (100 + nodes), as well as discovering inefficiencies in their operation are rather complex. In this paper we present a concept of a testbed for WSNs supporting easy change of configuration, multi tier operation and precise observation of network behaviour using a wired backbone connectivity.
