Abstract :
E-Health is an Appropriate Technology that can be deployed to improve and extend health care services within the concept of Primary Health Care especially in developing countries. E-Health as an Appropriate Technology has goals that are similar to the goals of Alma Ata declaration of Primary Health Care, and therefore, a tool to provide PHC services. However, the adoption of EHealth in PHC must be informed by research based policies.
