Abstract :
In this paper we present artificial neural networks (ANNs) like a model of a capacitive pressure sensor (CPS) used in a dynamic environment. Indeed, the existing analytical model doesn´t take into account the effect of hysteresis in pressure. The model proposed based on the neural networks accurately expresses the nonlinear character of the response, the dependence in temperature in addition to the effect of hysteresis. The ANN model thus obtained was implemented on SPICE simulator
