Abstract :
This paper looks further at the method of medical image patching based on mutual information (MI). The methods of density estimation and the searching strategy of image registration have been compared. A new way of image preprocessing based on grads information has been used as well as a novel display method, which introduces directions of the edge curve to image interpolation. A good image patching result has been made with our scheme
