Abstract :
Engineering construction of water conservancy is a complex system project, there are many uncertain factors in construction. Based on addition formulas for calculating time parameters and the hierarchical linear programming method in fuzzy network, this paper used triangular fuzzy number to show activity duration, then discussed its application in the Shu-He-Dam construction, lastly got fuzzy time parameters, fuzzy critical path and fuzzy duration. This way´s accuracy is higher than traditional CPM and PERT model, it is feasible and effective
