Abstract :
The paper describes a method to determine a mathematical model for an electric oven with silicon-carbide heating elements. The structure of the model is obtained analytically, and its parameters are determined through experimental methods such as heating and cooling curve. The accuracy of this model is verified comparing the numerical simulation results with a set of experimental data
