Abstract :
An autodyne effect in UHF oscillators is presented for autonomous features investigation and checking its performance by means of the autodyne mode implementation. In this report operation modes analysis of active non-linear Gunn diodes is discussed on the base of autodyne effect which has an essential importance at studying and developing of oscillators
