Abstract :
In this paper the results of design of millimeter-wave double-pole single-throw switches and broadband phase shifters are presented. Microwave solid-state components on the basis of pin-diodes for modulation switching and phase shifting are considered. Experimental parameters and characteristics of the components in the operating frequency band are given
