Abstract :
Influence of randomness of a vertical gradient of an atmosphere refraction index near the Earth surface upon prediction of quality parameters of line-of-sight microwave lines is considered. This prediction process is conducted for median values of equivalent radius of the Earth. This can result in essential divergences of predicted parameters of quality with really received due to ignoring statistical characteristics of atmospheric refraction
