            Abstract : 
We introduce a novel broadcast authentication (BA) scheme especially well suited for nodes forming multihop ad hoc networks (MH-AHN). The proposed BA scheme is based on a recently proposed probabilistic key pre-distribution scheme (KPS), HARPS. Apart from a substantial performance improvements over existing BA schemes, the proposed technique offers many possible trade-offs (bandwidth-computation, and bandwidth-storage) for improving security.
