Abstract

The technology innovation capability of industry can be appraised through industrial technology innovation capability evaluation indexes system. Using the indexes system to evaluate the technology innovation capability of our IT industry, we can see the current situation of the technology innovation capability of our IT industry. After that, we can put forward countermeasures to help and strength the technology innovation capability and keep the fast development of our IT industry
