Abstract :
Innovation is one of the key drivers of competitive advantage, growth and profitability of an organization. The innovative knowledge is also an important source of the organizational knowledge base. Using knowledge management approaches for innovation management has now been widely adopted as a common practice. However, existing knowledge management solutions are still weak on capturing and acquiring radical and incremental innovative ideas and processes in contexts. This paper presents a new context-aware approach to enable effective management of innovative knowledge within an integrated knowledge management framework in the organization. This approach is expected to improve information integrity of organizational knowledge innovation management, and consequently improve performance of the organization in practice
