Abstract
Nowadays knowledge and intellectual capital (IC) have become the economy´s primary raw material and its most important outcome. The IC creation has become an important issue in the field of IC academic research today. To start with this article, the relationships between IC and knowledge are analyzed. And then Nonaka & Takeuchi´s SECI model is introduced as a classical theory of knowledge creation. Its theoretical values and shortcomings are also summarized in this article. As an innovation, a new dynamic holistic model of IC creation based on epistemological and ontological perspectives is put forward in this article on the ground of above analyses
