Abstract
Information integrity (I*I) is dependability and trustworthiness of information and controlling it is a key factor determining strategic business advantage. Its attributes are accuracy, consistency and reliability of information system (IS) and information there from. Businesses have changed a great deal but, given the reality of the data driven technologies and the net, it is the processes by which they are developed and implemented that have changed the most. Specifically internal as well as external customer aspirations are becoming increasingly local and instant. In a business, which is traditionally geared to work under exogenously generated alternatives and information, need is now to generate continuously and locally (endogenously) alternatives and their information requirements. This dynamic decision-making business process model is demanding hitherto not considered informational work activities, which are besieged with uncertainty
