Abstract

Knowledge economy management literature is prolific but very little of the retrieved literature relates to the application of these management philosophies within the export development especially in service sectors. The assumptions that underlie this research are in the first instance that, if it is not reported in the literature, it is questionable that to what extent service sectors are implementing the new management practices. Secondly, which intellectual capital can leap the level of exportation in service sectors? In this regard, 4 industries in Iran include Tourism, Insurance, Transit and Engineering services are reviewed as pilot study
