Abstract
The reuse research community is focusing on formalized and systematical software reuse to achieve substantial quality and productivity for system development. In this paper a new system development methodology, model theory approach is introduced. The model theory approach is a formal and system-oriented approach based on model theoretic structure derived from general systems theory. The models in the model theory approach are represented in set theory. Homomorphism of algebra for systematic software reuse is adopted for management information system development
