Abstract
Optical communication today relies on discrete active optoelectronic components. It is necessary to produce active optoelectronic devices, operating at communications wavelengths, that can be integrated with any substrate including but not limited to silicon. In this paper, monolithically-integrated solution-processed infrared active optoelectronics in the synthesis and optimization of colloidal quantum dots
